Avengers Campus to Open at Disneyland Resort in Summer 2020

Exciting news Marvel fans! The first phase of the Avengers Campus will be opening at Disney California Adventure in the summer of 2020.

Avengers Campus was announced officially at the D23 Expo and the goal of this campus is that it was set up by the Avengers to recruit the next generation of Super Heroes.

Avengers Campus will be home to the Worldwide Engineering Brigade – also known as “WEB” – which will house a new Spider-Man experience. This is going to be the first Disney ride-through attraction to feature Spidey. In the attraction, Guests will experience an open house, where aspiring inventors have invited you for a test drive of their latest invention: the “Web Slinger” vehicle. This vehicle allows you to sling webs just like Spider-Man, giving you a taste of what it’s like to have actual super powers as you help Spider-Man collect Spider-Bots that have run amok.

Avengers Campus will also feature Pym Test Kitchen. Based on Ant-Man, the restaurant will use “Pym Particles” to grow and shrink just about anything, including the food and beverage.

Guests who visit this new land will also find some of their favorite characters including Black Widow, Ant-Man and The Wasp, Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Super Heroes from Wakanda and Asgard, and Iron Man.

As Super Heroes continue to assemble at the campus, one of its iconic buildings will be the Avengers Headquarters where you should be on the lookout for Avengers in action.
