Disneyland Edelweiss Snacks Review
Edelweiss Snacks is a quick service dining location in Fantasyland in Disneyland. This snack stand is small in size and doesn’t have very many things on the menu, but it’s home to one of Disneyland’s most popular items. In this post we’ll take a look at the menu and see if it’s worth your time and money.

Edelweiss Snacks is located in Fantasyland across from Matterhorn Bobsleds and has a matching alpine chalet theme. It operated for years with just a small seating area in the former Motor Boat Cruise ride platform. In 2026 an additional seating area was added nearby called Edelweiss Lodge.

The new seating area offers more shaded dining tables and appropriately matches the theme of the Matterhorn and Edelweiss Snacks.

The Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread is one of the most popular snack items in all of Disneyland. It may seem simple; it’s just pretzel bread stuffed with cheesy garlic spread. But it’s truly glorious. Be sure to eat this thing quickly while it’s still hot, because then you get maximum gooiness from the cheese. $8.29 is a bit pricy for just cheese and bread, but it’s large, dense, and easily sharable. If you want to take the Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread to the next level, can get the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat for $13.70.

The bratwurst is tasty and has a nice snap to it. As the Swiss say, es isch fein gsi!

For dessert there’s the Matterhorn Puff for $7.49. It’s filled with cinnamon apples and cream, and topped with white chocolate and “snow sugar.”

This was a delicious dessert that can’t be found anywhere else in Disneyland. The apple cinnamon filling really takes it to the next level.
Other items include the love it or hate it gigantic Turkey Leg (we can’t stand the thing) for $14.49, or the variety of ultra sugary Frozen Slush drinks for $7.29.
Overall Edelweiss Snacks is tiny location with a couple of great items. Let me know what you think in the comments.
