Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort: Narrated Room Tour + Video
While visiting Walt Disney World in February for work, I stayed at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort. In addition to filming a resort overview (which will come out eventually), I also filmed this room tour.
Let me know how you like this style of narration and editing. I’m always open to feedback.
Enjoy!
Have you stayed at an All-Star Resort? What are your thoughts? Leave them below!
Thank you for the room tour, and the fact that your are very honest about your comments. I stayed in the Touchdown Section in 2017. I liked the resort , but it does need a bit of a makeover, carpet was very damaged, outlets were hanging by a thread. and cleanliness was at a minimal . But for a value it is a nice place to stay but not the best that is offered in the value categorie.
Jacqueline,
Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds very similar to mine. The refurb for Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is supposed to start this month and go through early 2019. Sounds like they’re getting the same treatment Pop Century did. I’m really looking forward to seeing the end results.
I appreciate you watching! – Angela
I have suggestions for additional items to show up close and describe:
The items on the backside of the entry door – extra safety latch, peephole, hang tags, etc.
The information paperwork, etc you find on the table and TV. Does it include channel list, hotel map, list of hotel amenities and activities, etc?
The inside of the fridge and drawers (yes, I know you said you’d do drawers next time).
Turn down one bed to show the layers of bedding provided (duvet? blanket? sheet?).
The base of the beds – room to store luggage? Wood to hit legs on?
You did a nice, slow, thorough video! Thanks!
Sarah,
These are great ideas. I copied them down so I can refer back to them for the next room tour I film. Thank you for taking the time to type them out!
Have a great day!
– Angela
