Former Disney Springs Bongos Location Now Being Gutted
The Bongos Cuban Cafe Location at Disney Springs closed in mid-August.
That location is now surrounded by construction walls and you can see that the building is being gutted. Signage is down and there are large holes in the walls, with exposed building materials.
When construction is complete, this will be the new home of Beatrix, the first Florida outpost of a small Chicago-based restaurant chain that features fresh and healthy ingredients. The menus from their other locations should give you a taste of what to expect when they open at Disney Springs.
