Fulton’s Crab House to Become Paddlefish at Disney Springs

Currently, Fulton’s Crab House at Disney Springs is closed for refurbishment. The restaurant closed at the beginning of this month to make way for a new theme, menu items, and now it has been revealed, a new name. When Fulton’s reopens from its lengthy refurbishment, it will be known as Paddlefish.

Paddlefish will feature a newly updated interior that includes a modern yachting theme, as well as a rooftop lounge that will overlook Disney Springs. Guests will also get to experience an outdoor waterfront bar featuring a “build your own” fish boil and private dining areas.

The menu will see slight changes, as the restaurant will feature fresh seafood and steaks. Specialties will include oyster shucking bar, Florida stone crab and Alaskan king crab, steaks and chops, as well as classic and curated cocktails.

The table service location will continue to serve both lunch and dinner.

There is no official reopening date for Paddlefish. All we know is that it will reopen this fall. Stay tuned to the blog for further information!

  • Can’t say I love the name Paddlefish

  • This venue has not lived up to it’s potential considering it’s unique structure and ideal location. It has been sorely in need of an upgrade to both it’s menu and interior. Especially when you consider the addition of so many top notch restaraunts that have opened recently in Disney Springs.

  • This sounds pretty great. Admittedly they are squeezing a lot of “trendy” concepts into one place (rooftop bar, outdoor bar, raw bar, specialty cocktails) but if executed properly this could be a top-notch spot with a lot of “revisit-ability.”

  • Do we know if it will still be run by Levy?

    Over the years, they have had some of the best annual pass dining discounts – on occasion, as high as 30% off.
