Limited Time Magic For Disneyland Resort – Disney Independence Week Celebration

At Disneyland Resort this Fourth of July, they are pulling out all the stops to help celebrate America’s Birthday!

First, at Disneyland, they will salute our nation with the special fireworks spectacular, “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky.” The show, which is scheduled to take place all week long, from July 1 – 7, will begin at 9:30 pm.

For guests who will be over at Disney California Adventure, make sure to check out the special patriotic pre-show to World of Color. For both nighttime extravaganzas, guests are invited to wear the Glow With the Show ears, to make the evening even more colorful!

In addition, at Disneyland, guests will get the opportunity to meet Mickey and more sporting their All-American finest in the evening over on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Town Square area. Make sure to check the Times Guide for actually greeting times.

Disneyland will also offer special treats to celebrate the occasion. Guests will be able to pick up red, white and blue mason jar desserts at over at Carnation Cafe. In addition, patriotic cotton candy, apple pie pockets and Fourth of July cupcakes, will be sold in the shops all along Main Street, U.S.A.

Patriotic merchandise will be available in the shops and include including red, white and blue Mickey T-shirts, plush, trading pins, light-up star necklaces, and patriotic Duffy the Disney Bear costumes.

  • I missed the fun last year but this year I’m off work so I’m looking forward to checking out the 4th of July festivities at the park. Thank you for the run down
