Mexico Pavilion Now Opens Early at Epcot

With the opening of Frozen Ever After today, another World Showcase Pavilion will be opening at 9:00 a.m. with the rest of the park. Most of the Mexico Pavilion will be available for Guests to experience. This includes the shops, as well as the Gran Fiesta Tour.

In addition, Guests will now have the option to enjoy a delightful breakfast at La Cantina de San Angel. Menu items at the counter service location will include:

  • Chilquiles con huevos: two fried eggs, layers of fried corn tortilla, with green tomatillo sauce, topped with queso fresco, onions, and sour cream – $8.75
  • Tamal verde con huevos: scrambled eggs, corn dough filled with pork chorizo, covered with green tomatillo sauce – $8.75
  • Pambazo de chorizo con huevo: bread roll filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, jack cheese, red onion, lettuce, and guacamole – $9.95

For kids, they can enjoy huevos revueltos, which are scrambled eggs topped with cheese, served with potatoes and fruit for $5.99.

One “attraction” not open at 9:00 a.m. at the Mexico Pavilion is La Cava del Tequila, which opens at 11:30 a.m.
