NEW Hazelnut Crunch Cannoli is an Instant Hit

PizzeRizzo at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is often the subject of debate. This Muppets-themed quick service pizza spot has some pretty good food, but Disney fans love to criticize its quality and quirky theme. But there’s one thing we can all agree on, the cannoli on the dessert menu is delicious. There is a new specialty flavor available — the Hazelnut Crunch Cannoli.

This deliciously, decadent dessert offers the perfect blend of chocolate and hazelnut. The flavor combination may remind you of Nutella or Ferrero Rocher chocolate hazelnut candies. The filling also has cheesecake flavor and density. The crispy cannoli shell helps lighten the dessert so it is not too heavy. The edges are dipped in chocolate and dusted with crushed hazelnut.

At $4.99 it is a good deal compared to other specialty desserts. It is available for mobile ordering so whether you add it on as part of your meal at PizzeRizzo, or you just want it on its own as a sweet treat, it’s a great addition to Hollywood Studios.

Have you ever tried any of the cannolis at PizzeRizzo? What did you think of it?

Had the hazelnut cannoli today before reading this review, and it was delicious. We also had the meatball sub and the antipasto platter. Both were very good. Even the Ceasar side salad was very good. Very fresh and crisp romaine lettuce with grated parmasean and a good dressing. Happy we decided to eat there.
