Save 40% on a Disney Cruise for World Gratitude Day 2025

September 21, 2025 is World Gratitude Day, and Disney Cruise Line would like to express its gratitude to fans with a special offer of 40% off cruise fares! Hop on it quickly, because you must book between September 19 and September 25, 2025, but be aware that these are guarantee rates and come with some restrictions. Read on for details!

The 40% offer is valid only for select sailings between October 17 and December 19, 2025, with the full list searchable from Disney’s offer page. Make sure you’re confident of your plans, because these bookings are guarantee rates (IGT, OGT, or VGT); they must be paid in full during booking and are non-refundable once booked. You will also not be able to select your specific stateroom category beyond a guarantee of whether it will be Inside, Oceanview, or Verandah. Be careful! There are two lists of sailings on Disney’s offer page. The first, at the top, is the full list of sailings that are offering a 40% discount guarantee rate. The second, near the bottom of the page, is the list of all sailings that are currently offering guarantee rates during the same period. Some of the guarantee rates in this comprehensive list are not 40% off, although they are still a discount.

For example, the December 8, 2025 Dream sailing from Fort Lauderdale is $1,714 for two adults with the VGT rate, a savings of $960 over the next cheapest verandah stateroom at $2,674. That’s 40% when you exclude the taxes and port fees portion of the fares. The December 1, 2025 Dream sailing has a guarantee rate available, but it is $2,094. That’s a savings of $792 over the next cheapest at $2,886, which is still pretty nice, but isn’t 40% when taxes and port fees are excluded.

Even if you already have a cruise booked, it’s worth taking a look at these rates. The sale is valid on new bookings only, which means that you must cancel and rebook. But a TouringPlans team member cancelled and rebooked their Very Merrytime cruise, which was past the paid-in-full date. Although they lost an $800 deposit, they still came out ahead with more than $1,100 in savings from the guarantee rate.
