Top 10 Stores at Disney Springs
Walt Disney World has a number of unique shopping experiences. Recently we covered the 10 best stores inside the Disney parks. However, WDW is also home to an impressive shopping, dining, and entertainment complex called Disney Springs. With over three dozen unique and brand-name stores, divided into four areas situated around Lake Buena Vista, there truly is something for everyone!
Let’s take a look at the best shopping experiences Disney Springs has to offer:
World of Disney (Marketplace)
This is the world’s largest Disney store, so you should be able to find at least 20 things you want here. It is massive and stocked with all the essentials, like apparel, accessories, toys, stuffed animals, tech gear, housewares, pins, Mickey ears, and every other type of souvenir you can imagine. The hardest part will be not spending all your souvenir money in one place.
Disney’s Days of Christmas (Marketplace)
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Enjoy the beautiful displays. Look through the huge selection of ornaments, stockings, and other Christmas décor, themed to your favorite parks, attractions, movies, and characters. Pick out something special to take home for the holidays! I love Christmas almost as much as I love Disney, so for me this is literally the best of both worlds.
Basin (Marketplace)
Get pampered like a princess at this lovely shop filled with all-natural body and hair care products, like soaps, lotions, body butters, bath bombs, and more. There are a wide variety of scents to choose from, whether you prefer fruity, floral, or fresh. They also carry specialty Disney products, like soaps featuring Mickey heads, and scents carefully curated based on your favorite characters.
The LEGO Store (Marketplace)
Kids, and kids at heart, will go crazy over all the LEGO sets available here, including Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel-themed sets. There are also plenty of building stations, so you can let the kiddos loose creating their LEGO masterpiece while you relax. The best part, though, are the huge statues of different Disney characters around the store, made entirely of LEGO bricks. They make a great photo opp!
Marketplace Co-Op (Marketplace)
This collection of six pop-up shops feels sort of like Etsy come to life – so many cute things! My favorites are the adorable dresses and handbags at The Dress Shop on Cherry Tree Lane and the unique Disney art prints at WonderGround Gallery. There are also specific areas for pet accessories, housewares, tech gear, candles, and Disney Cruise Line merch, with new products arriving all the time!
Crystal Arts (Marketplace)
Everything in this shop is shining, shimmering, splendid. Very similar to the location on Main Street, USA in Magic Kingdom, it features hand-made porcelain, crystal, and glassware items. You can even get custom engravings done while you shop. Some of the highlights include crystal figurines of your favorite characters, as well as an impressive collection of tiaras for royalty of all ages. Daily glassblowing demonstrations are the cherry on top!
Vera Bradley (Town Center)
There are many brand-name stores at Disney Springs that carry special Disney-themed items, but the bright and fun patterns at Vera Bradley seem to lend themselves perfectly to Disney tie-ins, plus they are a little less expensive than some of those other brands. Enjoy a great selection of purses, backpacks, luggage, lunch boxes, tech accessories, and so much more, in a featured Disney print or one of the many other cheerful patterns.
Stance (Town Center)
Who doesn’t love a store dedicated to fun socks? Enjoy special Disney and Pixar collections of these high-quality socks for all ages and genders. While Stance does sell some other apparel, the socks are the real reason this store makes the list. You will be walking in style and comfort once you purchase a pair. Your feet will thank you!
eyCatchers Cart (The Landing)
Disney Springs is also home to some really cool carts/kiosks. For a totally unique souvenir, check out eyCatchers, featuring decorative wind spinners that come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Made from stainless steel, these mesmerizing spinners will look great in your garden and will be able to withstand the elements. You can even find some with Disney shapes, such as Cinderella Castle, cut into them.
Super Hero Headquarters (West Side)
Believe it or not, this is currently one of the only Marvel-themed areas at Walt Disney World, so if you need your super hero fix, this is the place to get it. Stock up on gear from your favorite Avengers, including apparel, costumes, tech accessories, plush, action figures, and more, and you’ll be ready to save the world in no time!
While I believe these are the cream of the crop, there are even more great stores to explore at Disney Springs. Add in some delicious food and other fun entertainment, and I highly recommend including a stop at Disney Springs for every trip itinerary. You’ll find no shortage of unique souvenirs to remember your magical vacation by!
What are your favorite stores at Disney Springs and why? Let us know in the comments!
I used to agree with you about Basin, but they refused to honor a gift certificate at the store. The store manager told us it was for online purchases only, but when I ordered it for my sister’s birthday, there was no indication that you couldn’t redeem it in the store. Ruined my sister’s and my tradition of shopping there together. I’ll never shop there again.
Adding an 11th store: Star Wars Galactic Outpost not far from Marvel Superhero Headquarters.
