If you can take one more character breakfast, this time with Mickey and friends, get the kids up early and hit the beach. In recent years the food has improved.
Setting and Atmosphere
A taste of Southern California beach life: bright primary colors, potted palms, and decorative elements such as surf-boards and beach chairs.
Banana caramel French toast and Mickey-shaped waffles at breakfast. Wood-fired flatbread pizzas and burgers at dinner.
Breakfasts are your best bet with an omelet station for the grown-ups and a kids' buffet. For dinner, the steaks and salads are actually quite good, if a little pricey, as is the panko-crusted mac & cheese for grownups, with sharp cheddar and jumbo shrimp. And save room (or maybe a spare stomach) for the ginormous kitchen sink sundae.
