Redd Rockett’s is set up cafeteria-style, typically with two or three kinds of pasta available, as well as pizzas and salads. all hot items sit under heat lamps until someone grabs them, but servers will be happy to mix up a fresh bowl of pasta or a pizza on request (a much better choice). try the asian chicken salad if it’s available–slightly spicy with good flavor. Free drink refills are available.

The cafeteria-style set-up usually means less waiting. The A/C system is on steroids, making it a really cool place on a really hot day.
