Orlando International Airport Introduces “Paw Pilots” Therapy Dogs

Doggos. Puppers. Good boys and girls. No matter what you call them, these ten good dogs are part of a new program at the Orlando International Airport. Specially trained therapy dogs and their handlers will be available to cuddle, pet, and nose boop for fliers with anxiety or just need to decompress after traveling. This is a one-year trial program, and afterwards the airport will determine if the program is to become permanent.

Doggies are available between the atriums on the sides of the food court, Tuesday through Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. According to Orlando International Airport meeting times can be made through the Signup Genius app and website.

Enough of the boring details, lets look at some dog photos! Special thanks to Hunter Underwood for the photographs and attending the media event.
