Hot on the heels of the final event this year, Disney World has announced the return of After Hours for 2026, with dates on the calendar for Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios. Dates, details, and prices for each park are below! For those eager to book, guests of Disney World Resort hotels, plus those staying at the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and Shades of Green, can begin booking on October 9, 2025. All others can book beginning on October 14, 2025.

What Are Disney After Hours Events?

These are a separate “hard-ticket” event that are held after regular park hours. After Hours attendees can enter the park up to 1 hour (or more) before closing without needing regular admission, and the event itself is 3 hours. These events offer

• A selection of free snacks and treats included with your ticket
• Shorter lines for attractions due to limited attendance

They are similar to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, but with some important differences:

• After Hours events don’t always offer themed entertainment extras like parades and fireworks. Some special After Hours offerings with names like “Villains After Hours” may offer entertainment extras, and Magic Kingdom After Hours events include a showing of the Disney Enchantment fireworks spectacular.
• Since they begin after regular hours, crowd patterns during the day aren’t affected. And if you’re attending After Hours, you can arrive toward the end of regular hours to see the park’s evening fireworks show before the event starts.

When, Where, and How Much?

Dates are below for each park, along with a price range. And at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Passholders can save $30 per ticket. Guests of Disney World Resort hotels, plus those staying at the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and Shades of Green, can begin booking online on October 9, 2025. All others can book beginning on October 14, 2025. If you’ve booked a trip through a travel agent, they may also be able to handle your ticket purchase.

Magic Kingdom 2026 After Hours Dates and Details

Double fireworks! Disney Enchantment will be shown at After Hours events in the Magic Kingdom in 2026, and since After Hours takes place … after hours … the regular Happily Ever After fireworks are also shown before closing. That means After Hours guests will have the opportunity to see both shows.

Disney After Hours events will begin at the Magic Kingdom on January 12 and are confirmed through July 27, 2026. We’ll update with prices as soon as they are available.

Hollywood Studios 2026 After Hours Dates and Details

Disney After Hours events will be returning to Hollywood Studios beginning on January 14 and confirmed through September 12, 2026. We’ll update with prices as soon as they are available.

The event runs from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on most nights, with event guests allowed to enter the park at 7 p.m. using their event ticket. Typhoon Lagoon 2026 H2O Glow After Hours

The H2O Glow After Hours event should return to Typhoon Lagoon, but Disney hasn’t announced any dates or details yet. We expect to get this information around February or March 2026 for these summer 2026 events.
