Cinderella Castle Repaint Project: New Photos!
Disney announced new paint colors for Cinderella Castle last August and the new hues are finally on display! We stopped by the Magic Kingdom this weekend to catch the castle in her best light.
In their announcement last August, Disney said “the updated paint will feature grays, creams, blues, and touches of gold aiming to enhance the castle’s architecture.” and you can see that starting to take shape in the photos above and below.
The castle moat is slowly being drained, too! Check out photos showing different views from around the castle below.
The Magic Kingdom is a full construction zone right now! There are scrims covering the Haunted Mansion, Liberty Square is full of walls, and Big Thunder and Buzz Lightyear are prepping for reopening this summer.
