The Best Food from 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival
Disney California Adventure’s Food & Wine Festival 2026 is here, and with it comes eight food booths and several food and drink items to try. In this post we’ll go over our favorite items and let you know what to try during your next visit.
The Best Food from 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival:

NEW – Ramen Mac & Cheese – Peppers Cali-Ente – $9.25
First up is the Ramen Mac & Cheese. Disney will usually introduce a new variety of mac and cheese that matches flavors with popular dishes in California. This item is topped with furikake crumble, fish cakes, green onions, and chile crunch. This doesn’t really match the rich and savory taste of ramen, but it’s still good. Be sure to dump the entire container of chile crunch on top. It adds a lot of flavor.

NEW – Torta Ahogada – Mercado de Antojos $9.25
Up next is my favorite item from this year’s options. The torta is filled with braised pork carnitas, frijoles charros, pickled onion, and salsa. The salsa is delicious, the pork is tender, and over overall this is a substantial and filling item. Don’t miss out on this one.

NEW – Carbonara Pizzetta – LA Style – $8.00
Topped with white sauce, Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon, and a black pepper drizzle. This is a tasty little pizza, but unfortunately it’s a bit too little. I was hoping the crust would be more crispy as well.

NEW – Cherry Cola Cold Brew – LA Style – $7.75
This coffee beverage is comprised of Joffrey’s Coffee 70th Anniversary Blend, oat milk and vanilla crème & cherry syrups, and is topped with a cherry cola cold foam and a maraschino cherry. You’re just going to have to trust me on this one, but it’s fantastic. It really does taste like cherry soda, just without the carbonation.

NEW – Tajín Habanero Seasoned Wings – Peppers Cali-Ente – $9.50
The wings are coated with Tajín chile-lime sauce. They’re great, and have a nice kick to them. Just keep in mind you only get three small wings. I definitely would not pay cash for this one.
Asa’DOS – Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo – $10.00
This well rounded dish contains a chunk of carne asada, chipotle chicken, Spanish rice, mini tortilla and salsa. You can make yourself a little taco with the ingredients or just go to town on it all. Let this dish set the tone for almost every Food & Wine item this year. Meaning it’s good, but safe and not too inventive.

Sirloin Gruyere Mac & Cheese – Garlic Kissed – $9.50
If you want a decent portion of steak for under $10, this dish is for you. The steak is tender, but the Black Garlic Chimichurri and Garlic Butter Crunch is delicious and makes this one stand out.

Musabi Fried Rice – Golden Dreams – $8.75
The item comprised of steamed rice with eggs, glazed spiced ham, umami mayo, and furikake. This dish is labeled as being inspired by Aulani. Musabi is a popular food item in Hawaii and this does a decent job replicating it. A word of warning, this dish is extremely salty so be sure to have a drink nearby.

Junior LA Street Dog – LA Style – $8.50
This miniature hot dog is served with Jalepeno Mayo, Pepper & Onion Relish, and Applewood Smoked Bacon. I have many fond memories of grabbing a street dog when exiting Lakers games in Downtown LA over the years, and while this can’t compare to the real thing, it’s still a pretty good little imitation.

Cafe de Olla Tres Leches Cake – Mercado de Antojas – $8.25
Our favorite dessert this year is the Cafe De Olla-infused Tres Leches topped with piloncillo chantilly, cinnamon, and a Mickey-Shaped cookie. For $7.75 you get a substantial serving that is easily shareable between a couple of people.

Cherry Cobbler Pot de Creme – Golden Dreams – $8.00
If you’re a fan of cherry pie filling, this one is for you. It also includes vanilla custard and Oat Crumble. It’s not the best dessert this year, but if you’re not a fan of Tres Leches cake and the Mickey Macaron is sold out then this is a good third option.

Mickey-shaped Macaron – Uncork California – $9.00
This fan favorite item is back for another year. It’s a gigantic macaron that tastes like a Snickers candy bar. What more could you possibly ask for? This is a good item to share with a couple of people due to its huge size. The Mickey macaron is so popular that Disney has made it the single food item available at the Uncork California booth again this year.

2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Sip & Savor Pass
The Sip and Savor Pass is back for 2026. The cost is $34 for 4 items or $64 for 8 items for regular park guests, and $59 for 8 items for Magic Key members. Keep in mind to make the Sip and Savor Pass a good value you should buy only the most expensive items at each food booth. You get 8 tabs to use on food and non-alcoholic beverages. That means each tab is worth $8.00 for regular guests, and $7.37 for Magic Key members. Most non-desserts are $8.50-$10, while desserts are around $7.50. Non-alcoholic beverages are NOT a good use of a Sip and Savor item.
- Sip and Savor Cart
- Festival Gifts
- All 8 Festival booths
- Elias & Co.
- Julius Katz & Sons
- Seaside Souvenirs
If you see a long line at one location, try another. A lot of people will line up at the first purchase location near Carthay Circle but there are other locations with less of a wait a little further up.
