Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses tour is returning this year with some changes.

What is Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses?

This is a ticketed evening walking tour of the Living with the Land greenhouses during EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays. The limited-time tour is an opportunity to learn about the hydroponic greenhouses inside The Land Pavilion. The regular Behind the Seeds tour is fantastic, but being able to see the immaculate gardens at night and bedecked in their holiday lights is extra special.

What’s Changed?

This year, Disney Resort guests will have an opportunity to buy tickets before everyone else. This is new for this event and is similar to the way party tickets, like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, are sold.

• Resort guests may purchase tickets starting September 24, 2026
• All other guests may purchase tickets starting September 28, 2026
• Tickets may be purchased 60 days in advance 

Cost & Hours

In 2024, tickets for Glimmering Greenhouses were $45 each + tax. In 2025, tickets were $50.15 to $59 depending on the date.

• 2026 tickets are $59 each + tax for ages 3 and up

There are three tours each evening November 27, 2026, the first day of Festival of the Holidays, to December 30, 2026:

• 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, & 8:00 PM daily

The standard Behind the Seeds tour is still available during the day.

What to Know

• Ages 3 and up only
• This is a 60- minute walking tour
• Separate EPCOT admission is required
• No touching unless directed by your tour guide. There are a few interactive, educational opportunities during the tour that will allow you to experience the feel and smell of some glorious and fragrant plants.
