Food & Wine Quick Review: The Wedge
The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More at CommuniCore Hall is the most recent Food & Wine kitchen to open. This new kitchen debuted today and and will only run through November 8. Food & Wine will continue through November 21, 2026.

There are four food items on The Wedge menu and all of them qualify for Emile’s Fromage Montage.

Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese, $6.49 + tax = $6.91
With Smoked Cheddar Sauce, Shaved Beef, Peppers, Onions, and Herbed Panko
The macaroni and cheese sauce is the same for all three dishes, only the toppings change. That macaroni and cheese base is good ~ it’s exactly the taste and consistency you’re imagining. The Cheesesteak, however, was as dry as it looks in the photo above. Save your money on this one unless you spot better looking portions walking by when you’re at CommuniCore Hall. Maybe it’s just an opening day issue.

Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese, $7.19 + tax = $7.66
With Smoked Cheddar Sauce, Bacon, Crab Seasoning, Roasted Corn, Herbed Panko, and Jalapeños
This is our favorite of the three! The crab is salty, the corn is sweet, and who says no to bacon on their macaroni and cheese?! We loved this and would recommend using 1 Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit to enjoy this big bowl.

Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese, $5.49 + tax = $5.85
With Smoked Cheddar Sauce and Herbed Panko
A great option for very picky eaters or someone looking for a safe food. If that’s not you, there are much tastier, more adventurous dishes around the festival.

Selection of Wisconsin Cheeses, $7.29 + tax = $7.76
- Glacier Point Blue Spruce Blue Cheese from Carr Valley Cheese
- VAT 17 World Cheddar from Deer Creek Cheese
- Pleasant Ridge Reserve by Uplands Cheese
There wasn’t a cracker or slice of bread to be had, so grab a fork or spoon to help pair the delicious cheese with the brittle and jams.
We know it’s opening day, but this kitchen is very popular! It’s also one of a few kitchens that is located indoors, has air conditioning, and tables, so that helps draw crowds, too.
Does The Wedge make your Food & Wine list?
