2022 EPCOT Festival of Holidays: Holiday Hearth Kitchen Review

Holiday Hearth is in the Odyssey Pavilion, and offers a chance to charge your phones and see Santa

Our recommendation: The snacks are worthy of a place in the north pole. They are all just beautifully packaged, as familiar and tasty as you’d expect, and plentiful. Even better, you can grab your snacks, hot cocoa or something stronger, and have a seat at a table with actual chairs – a commodity hard to come by at a festival. There are restrooms right in the building. There was full A/C on opening day when it was almost 90 degrees and heat on the days it hit the 40’s. Hooray! This kitchen is a win even if you don’t buy anything.

Our Thoughts

This entire kitchen is a win with one exception – there are no savory treats. That said, there are far more things to recommend this stop than there are negatives. First of all, SANTA! You can see Santa here all day long. Not only is he there, but it is widely accepted that this Santa took pains to speak to each person in great length and detail. Anyone who entered his sleigh (which was also wheelchair and scooter friendly) was treated to full attention and conversation as well as some really creative pictures. We have a few – the ones with the girls telling Santa a secret was all his idea. Brilliant.
