Hatbox Ghost Tiki Mug To Be Available at Trader Sam’s

Exciting news Haunted Mansion fans! Once again, you’ll be able to pick up a limited-edition Hatbox Ghost tiki mug at either Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Resort.

The Disneyland Resort version of the mug will feature the Hatbox Ghost’s head inside his handy hat box, while the Walt Disney World Resort mug will feature the empty hat box with his head on his shoulders.

At Walt Disney World, the Hatbox Ghost Tiki Mug will go on sale on October 15 at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto. Guests will need to pick up a valid wristband which will be distributed at Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET.  (And starting at 10:00 a.m. on any following days, while supplies last). A beverage purchase is required and the Grim Grinning Grog will feature pineapple-mango dark rum, Bermuda black rum, blood orange, lime juice, a trio of tropical juices, and dashes of aromatic bitters. (There will be a non-alcoholic version available upon request).

Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto will open at 1:00 p.m. ET on October 15, and will open at 3:00 p.m. ET on any of the following days.

In addition, there will be a Hatbox Ghost Ornament and Limited Edition Hatbox Ghost Pin sold at BouTiki at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET on October 15.

Now moving over to the Disneyland Resort, the Hatbox Ghost Tiki Mug will go on sale on October 15 at the South Lounge of the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST (The line will open at 5:00 a.m.). Complimentary parking at the Disneyland Hotel and Downtown Disney District will be available up to 20 minutes after the time of purchase with receipt.

The mugs will also be available at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar with purchase of a beverage. Here, the Grim Grinning Grog will feature coconut rum, spiced rum, pineapple juice, red passion fruit syrup, and blue curaçao. (A non-alcoholic version will be available upon request).

In addition, the Hatbox Ghost Ornament and Limited Edition Hatbox Ghost Pin will be sold at Disney’s Fantasia Shop at the Disneyland Hotel beginning at 7:00 a.m. PST on October 15.

The Hatbox Ghost tiki mug cannot be purchased with a discount and there is a limit of two per Guest and it will be available only while supplies last.
