Mickey’s & Minnie’s Runaway Railway to Debut in March
We have exciting news tonight! We now know the official opening date for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway! The Disney’s Hollywood Studios attraction which will be opening inside the Chinese Theater at the end of Hollywood Boulevard will be debuting on March 4!
The attraction will be the first ride-through attraction featuring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. The story will draw guests inside a Mickey cartoon (like the ones that currently air on the Disney Channel) for a fun-filled adventure where anything can happen.
The fun begins when you see the premiere of a new cartoon short with Mickey and Minnie getting ready for a picnic. As they head out, they drive alongside a train and find out that the engineer is Goofy. Then, in a magical moment, you get to step into the movie and onto Goofy’s train for a wacky, wild ride that you won’t forget.
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be a family-friendly, 2 1/2-D experience.
