Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Wristband Distribution
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is here! Party time is precious and seems to race by at a fast clip, so here is a bit of info to help you maximize your fun!
Whether you’re in the Magic Kingdom before 4 pm on a day ticket (which we don’t recommend) or you’re tapping in for the day with only a Party ticket, you’ll need a wristband to access all the night has to offer. Here are the 4 locations where you can secure your wristband that will allow you to get in line early for Party exclusive food and merch, and even a few characters – hours before the festivities officially begin.
The entrance to the Magic Kingdom is the first wristband distribution location. You’ll tap in using your ticket, and then you’ll be directed to a Cast Member to receive your wristband.
The second wristband distribution location is at the entrance to Buzz Lightyear in Tomorrowland. In prior years the Tomorrowland distribution location has been across from Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor in the old Stitch’s Great Escape location. Since Buzz is closed for refurbishment until next year, they have set up in this new, shadier location.
The third wristband location is at Fantasy Faire in Fantasyland. Fantasy Faire is at the exit to Mickey’s Philharmagic, just next to the exit for Peter Pan. As you can see from the picture above, signage and Cast Members are bright and clear, as are the lines on the ground directing your path.
The fourth and final distribution location is at Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland. The map below shows each of the locations.
It’s important to remember that everyone in your group needs their own Not-So-Scary ticket, so make sure you have MagicBands, AppleWallets, or cards at the ready!
Once you have your wristband, you can jump in line to meet Jack and Sally at Town Square Theater! The line starts right at 4 pm for this iconic duo but keep in mind that the line for Mickey & Minnie doesn’t start until later in the evening closer to 7 pm. You’ll need your wristband to get in line for the Jack popcorn bucket at 4 pm and you’ll need to flash it to grab your treat bag and first bag of candy at the Market Street welcome center, too!
