New Play Disney Parks Commemorative Pins Available

With the Play Disney Parks app, Guests are able to complete games and can commemorate this achievement by purchasing special pins that are only available if missions are completed. Featuring characters and icons from beloved attractions that were featured in the app, these Disney pins are able to be found at select locations at both resorts.

To earn these achievements in the Play Disney Parks app, Guests need to be logged in, opted into Bluetooth and Location Services, and ride the attractions featuring the achievements. Once the qualifying achievement has been earned and unlocked in the Play Disney Parks app, Guests can show the digital achievement screen to a Cast Member to purchase the applicable commemorative pin.

Previously, Guests were able to purchase the Never Lander, Space Mountaineer or Midway Maniac physical pins. Now, there are three new options to choose from – High Seas Scallywag at Pirates of the Caribbean, Hitchhiking Ghost at Haunted Mansion and Star Tourist at Star Tours – The Adventures Continue!

Guests at the Disneyland Resort can purchase the High Seas Scallywag and Hitchhiking Ghost pin at Pieces of Eight in New Orleans Square and the Star Tourist pin at The Star Trader located in Tomorrowland. If you want to purchase all three at the same time, you can head to Westward Ho Trading Company in Frontierland.

At Walt Disney World, you can find the High Seas Scallywag pin at Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar and the Hitchhiking Ghost pin at Memento Mori in in the Magic Kingdom. Over in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can purchase the Star Tourist pin at Tatooine Traders. For those looking to purchase all three, you can do so at Frontier Trading Post back in the Magic Kingdom.

One thing to keep in mind is that these three pins are only available while supplies last!
