When it was released about a year ago, the Play Disney Parks app stated that there would be more content coming and slowly but surely, additional content has been added. Previously, Guests would be able to play trivia in the queue of Soarin, race virtual rockets on Space Mountain, explore Pandora – The World of Avatar, and even participate in interactive experiences in the lobby of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. But now, there are two new interactive experiences that Guests can have fun doing with the whole family; they are Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day and the Disney Kidcot Puzzle Hunt.

With the Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day game, Guests will find their laughing place as they play together through a series of Splash Mountain-themed mini-games. After completing these whimsical challenges, Guests are rewarded with special photo frames. This experience can be played while waiting in line for the attraction, and also anywhere at Walt Disney World Resort!

The Disney Kidcot Puzzle Hunt will allow Guests to embark on an interactive world tour around World Showcase to find physical jigsaw puzzle pieces that will be located throughout the Kidcot Fun Stops found in all 11 World Showcase pavilions. After completing a pavilion’s puzzle hunt through the app, Guests will be rewarded with digital jigsaw puzzles and special photo frames themed to each pavilion. Don’t worry though! the Kidcot Fun Stops won’t be going away. This is a game that can be completed in conjunction with.

Of course, we’ll have more fun that we’ll get to experience with the Play Disney Parks app once Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge officially opens.

You can download the Play Disney Parks app today which is available for iOS and Android, that way you’ll be ready to go on your next vacation.
