Spyglass Grill Now Open at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

A brand new quick service dining location called Spyglass Grill is now open at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This new walk-up location offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and menu items include popular American dishes infused with classic Caribbean flavors.

For breakfast, Guests can enjoy:

• Cream Cheese and Guava-Stuffed French Toast
• Pineapple-Banana Pancake served with crispy granola and maple syrup
• Breakfast Cuban with ham, pulled pork, egg and Swiss cheese
• Breakfast Yuca Hash with Chorizo Redeye Gravy and a Fried Egg
• Bacon Breakfast Sandwich
• Steel-Cut Oatmeal topped with Caramelized Banana, Dried Fruits and Nuts
• Scrambled Eggs served with Bacon, Crispy Potatoes, Onions and Yuca
• Smoked Turkey Breakfast Sandwich Smoked Turkey Breast, Egg, Provolone, Onions and Peppers on Brioche
• Breakfast Wrap filled with Egg White, Spinach and Tomato

For lunch and dinner, menu offerings include:

• Chorizo Burger with Crispy Pork Belly, Provolone and Potato Straws served with French Fries
• Cuban Sandwich with Pulled Pork, Ham, Swiss, Pickles and Mustard served with Plantain and Yuca Chips
• Caribbean Taco Trio – a choice of three Tacos topped with Pickled Vegetables, Cabbage, Cilantro Crema, Cotija Cheese and Pico de Gallo served with Plantain and Yuca Chips
• Angus Chuck Bacon Cheeseburger
• Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich served with Avocado, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato served with Plantain and Yuca Chips
• Vegan Black Bean Caribbean Taco with Pickled Vegetables, Cabbage and Pico de Gallo served with Plantain and Yuca Chips
• Chili-Lime Shrimp Salad with Avocado, Black Beans, Pickled Red Onions and Tomatoes served with choice of Chipotle-Lime Vinaigrette or creamy Cilantro-Ranch Dressing
• Chopped Jerk Chicken Salad with Napa Cabbage, Romaine, Kale, Cucumbers, Pickled Onions and Mango served with choice of Chipotle-Lime Vinaigrette or creamy Cilantro-Ranch Dressing

There will also be refreshing drinks with a little bit of everything on the drink menu from wine and beer to specialty cocktails such as the Island Margarita, Caribbean Mai Tai, Piña Colada, or Strawberry Daiquiri. For non-alcoholic options, you’ll find sodas, freshly brewed Joffrey’s Coffee, specialty coffee, hot cocoa, hot tea and even a Lava Smoothie.

Spyglass Grill can be found near the pool in the Trinidad South section of the Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
