The Diamond Horseshoe Will Reopen as a Modified “Pop-Up” in the Magic Kingdom
Jessie’s Roundup, a part of Cool Kids’ Summer, will end on September 8, 2026 to make way for a “limited-time pop-up” dining event at The Diamond Horseshoe.
Jessie’s Roundup, a lively show and dance party, has been running since May 24, 2026. Disney announced today that the space will return to a dining location, but with significant changes.
Prior to closing on May 16, 2026, The Diamond Horseshoe was serving the same menu items as Liberty Tree Tavern, just under different names.
Disney billed the new dining experience as temporary and the food is described as “small plates” that are shareable.
The following Pop-Up Menu items were announced today:
- Charcuterie: Cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles
- Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps
- Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends with warm tortilla chips
- Sweet Golden Corn Fritters with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey
- Chipotle Chicken Tostada with queso fresco, lime crema, and pickled cactus salsa
- Mini Hot Dog Platter: Wrapped in pastry served with tortilla chips and a side of queso
Disney also released a drink menu including non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, seasonal cocktails, wine, and draft beer.
The new Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up will open October 4 and reservations open September 29, 2026.
