Is three years soon enough to call it a tradition? Once again, TouringPlans Travel will be hosting a meetup / multi-day event focused on enjoying holidays in the parks, with an opportunity to coat yourself in royal icing. This year’s event covers three days from November 29 to December 1, 2023 and features two [optional] parties and a day of fun in EPCOT. Read on for details!

Participation in all activities on December 1 is free; guests are responsible for their own park admission. Party tickets are not free, but anyone booking a room or tickets with TouringPlans Travel qualifies for a bit of extra swag.

Wednesday, November 29 – Jollywood Nights

We’ll start the event in style with a visit to Disney’s brand-new Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios. Len and the team will be at the swanky soiree to glam it up with you.

Tickets on this night are $159, with a $10 discount available for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members. Never heard of this brand new party? Details are here: Brand-New Disney World Christmas Party: Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios

Thursday, November 30 – Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

The next night we’ll head over to Magic Kingdom for the original, the incomparable – yes, it’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Rides, fireworks, and cookies with Len and the team. Tickets on this night are $179 ($169 for children ages 3-9), with a $10 discount available for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members.

Friday, December 1 – A day of fun at EPCOT + the Main Event!

🎄The 3rd Annual TouringPlans Gingerbread Snapdown- so many prizes! We’re still choosing this year’s award categories, but if the past 2 years are any prediction for this event, Len will cheat, @crispylemonstp will yell at Len for cheating, @hangingwithham will gift participants with Christmas accessories & swag, and every kiddo in attendance will walk away with a neat prize! Loud, sticky, hilarious fun!

🎄Friendship Boat Caroling- what we badly lack in talent we greatly make up for in enthusiasm. This may happen after a quick dip into @lacavadeltequila to help your ears adjust.

🎄Christmas DuckTales- it’s regular DuckTales missions but during Festival of the Holidays & with lots of fun prizes awarded by @annette_touringplans! How do you win a prize? Who knows?!? We’ll make it up as we go like every TP Snapdown event! Just know there are lots of them & we may already have a stash of dark sunglasses & magnifying glasses to help you stay in sleuthy character!

🎄Group rides on Spaceship Earth! Thank the Phoenicians with Len & Team! We may even stroll over to Soarin’ to check out the leaning tower of Eiffel and The Curved Castles of Europe!

🎄We reserve the right to add more fun activities as the day draws nigh.

Sound great? We’d love to see you too. RSVP to the event on Facebook

Jennifer has a background in math and biology, so she ended up in Data Science where she gets to do both. She lives just north of Boston with her husband, kids, and assorted animal members of the family. Although it took three visits for the Disney bug to "take", she now really wishes she lived a lot closer to the Parks.

  • This sounds so fun. I hope there are a lot of photos posted. I will be in the parks on those days but won’t be allowed to attend because my trip is with points and old credits from cancelled trips and not booked with Touring Plans Travel Agency.

Some extra swag is reserved for those who booked with TP but the activities aren’t. We love to meet our past, current, and future customers – that’s what these meetups are for!
