All 3 FPs need to be used before you can book a 4th &/or a 2nd Tier 1.
Thank you
Two things I’m surprised you didn’t mention for Disney beginners:
1. The single rider line at rock and roller coaster often can work like a fast pass & is a viable time-saving option.
2. Fast passes aren’t available during extra magic hours.
Great job with this describing all the likely possibilities amd permutations.
This is great. I’ve been using Touring Plans for years, but haven’t watched any videos. Brian, you are just the kind of engaging Disney “geek” I could listen to for hours. The maps are awesome and the logic behind your predictions & recommendations is sound (2 FPs to start…genius!). We don’t go to WDW until January 2020, but maneuvering through Toy Story Land and Galaxy’s Edge are going to be a fun challenge. May the force be with all those traveling to the Edge in Aug/Sept. Thanks for the video. Keep em’ coming.
I also have the same question as Erin. You don’t have to make 3 picks to get additional ones when you are in the parks?
Great video! You have always had to use two tier 2 fast passes and your tier 1 before you could book a second tier 1. Do you have information this will change on the 29th?
Hey Brian: Just a quick “Thank You!” for a great video. We are not going until next May, but your video is all great information for any time spent at Hollywood Studios in the next year.
Visiting WDW mid-November 2019 – any chance you think they might change the FP+ Tier situation at Hollywood Studios by then? Or is it a permanent change?
Also, you don’t have to pick 3 Fast Passes at HS? You can pick just 2?
