If you've ever bought soft tacos off the streets of Mexico, the upscale taquiza appetizer will bring back fond memories . . . at roughly 10 times the price. They take their margaritas seriously here: don't complain that yours isn't strong enough, or they'll remake it for you and you'll wake up at Betty Ford.

Summary

Not what you'd typically find at your local Tex-Mex place. Our favorites are the shrimp tacos and the grilled tilapia with roasted corn and cactus leaves. You can make a meal of appetizers and a margarita - order a bowl of the addictive roasted sweet peppers with lime and sea salt, share some tacos, and call it happy.
