Le Cellier is expensive, but the steaks are perfectly seasoned and cooked, with a beautiful char. Service is unrushed—it’s possible for a full dinner to take 2 hours, so plan accordingly. The menu is the same at lunch and dinner.

What’s it like inside?

Walk past the Canada Pavilion’s pretty gardens into this small, darkened dining room, intended to evoke the look and feel of a wine cellar. Given the escalated prices, it doesn’t feel upscale, with heavy wooden tables and no linens, but the crowd doesn’t seem to mind— the steaks make up for the ambience. Service is “cheerful Canadian,” meaning servers will apologize to you if you spill something on them.
