Setting and Atmosphere
Just off Hollywood Boulevard near the park entrance, this 1930s-era diner has a sleek Art Deco design (think chrome and tile) that gets lost amid all the Disney-character frenzy, with little ones happy to see their favorite Disney Channel pals at breakfast and lunch as part of Disney Junior Play 'n Dine. About every 30 minutes, Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Handy Manny, and Jake from Jake and the Never Land Pirates perform for cheering fans under the age of 6.
For dinner, the Disney Junior experience gives way to Minnie's Seasonal Dining, a character meal where Minnie and her friends don attire and serve food appropriate for a seasonal theme. In 2016, themes include Silver Screen, Springtime, Summertime, Halloween, and Holiday.
Salads, soups, create-your-own pasta, fish of the day, carved and grilled meats, fresh fruits and breads, sundae bar and chocolate fountain. (Menu changes often.)
