The Sundries Shop at Disney Springs: Not Just for Wheelchair Rentals

Disney Springs doesn’t have a first aid or baby care center, but it does have the Sundries shop. My parents were recently in town, and we needed to rent a wheelchair while visiting Disney Springs. This was my first time visiting the Sundries shop. I was surprised by their offerings, and wished I had known about it before- shopping can cause headaches for some members of my family.

Rentals are the primary business at Sundries

What is the Sundries Shop?

Sundries, as defined in the dictionary, are miscellaneous, small, or inexpensive items that are grouped together for convenience and don’t warrant an individual listing. I don’t typically describe anything in a Disney merchandise location as inexpensive, but the rest of the definition is spot on for this shop.

What Can You Find in Sundries at Disney Springs?

The shop’s primary function is to rent strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs.

The surprise was that you can also find everything you need to keep enjoying your day at Disney Springs. Baby care items like pacifiers, stroller covers, and, yes, even strollers, can be purchased. Diapers, wipes, a fresh onesie, and the popular baby snack, Gerber Puffs. Over-the-counter medications like pain relievers and sinus medications, tummy solutions, and sunscreen. And a FuelRod machine to keep your phone charged. Basically, all of the little things that can keep your day from exploding.

Where Can You Find the Sundries?

Sundries is tucked in behind the Coca-Cola store, facing the Disney Resort buses. If you park in the Orange garage, it’s just to the right as you exit. It’s an unassuming little shop, themed like an old-school general store.

No matter how hard we try, sometimes you don’t have everything you need. It’s nice to know there’s a spot to grab the necessities and continue on with your day. Have you used Sundries before- have you wished for a “pharmacy” or something to help you in a pinch?
