Disney Vacation Club’s Moonlight Magic Returns for 2018

Attention Disney Vacation Club owners! The incredibly fun Moonlight Magic event will be returning for 2018! What is Moonlight Magic? They are exclusive parties for DVC members that allow them to have “private” time in the parks, riding attraction and meeting characters, some of which are rare! There are also complimentary treats and beverages, as well as special dance parties.

Moonlight Magic will take place on both coasts. Here’s a look at the 2018 Moonlight Magic schedule:

Magic Kingdom

January 11 and 28, and February 6
(Booking begins for Members with Resort reservations on the event dates December 7. Pending availability, booking opens for all Members on December 21.)

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

March 21, April 17 and May 16
(Booking begins for Members with Resort reservations on the event dates February 8. Pending availability, booking opens for all Members on February 22.)

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon

May 30 and June 11
(Booking begins for Members with Resort reservations on the event dates April 19. Pending availability, booking opens for all Members on May 3.)

Epcot

July 16 and August 13 at Epcot
(Booking begins for Members with Resort reservations on the event dates June 6. Pending availability, booking opens for all Members on June 20.)

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

September 19 and 26, and October 3
(Booking begins for Members with Resort reservations on the event dates August 30. Pending availability, booking opens for all Members on September 13.)

Disney California Adventure

November 15
(Booking begins for all Members on October 4.)

Keep in mind that in order to allow as many Members as possible to enjoy Moonlight Magic, only one event date for each participating park will be available per Membership. Also, you must RSVP to attend this event. When arriving to the party, at least one valid Disney Vacation Club Membership Card with photo ID will be required. You should also be aware that these events are extremely popular and do sell out frequently. If you are thinking about attending, make sure you sign up as soon as you can!
