Force Friday II Is Coming to Disneyland and Walt Disney World

Do you feel that? It’s the force….Force Friday that is, and it’s coming soon! Force Friday II is going to be a merchandise event that will be held at both Disney Springs at Walt Disney World and at Downtown Disney at Disneyland. During the event, new Star Wars themed merchandise will be released. This will be the very first time you can get your hands on Star Wars: The Last Jedi themed merchandise, including unique products found only at Disney Parks.  Items will include apparel, pins, toys, retail MagicBands, Vinylmation, and more. The event will take place on September 1 beginning at 12:01 a.m.

Disneyland Resort

Force Friday II will take place at the World of Disney Store in the Downtown Disney District
. This is a free event, however, you must register to get to attend. Registration will be accepted only on DisneyParksMerchandise.com beginning August 24 at 11:00 a.m. (Pacific) / 2:00 p.m. (Eastern). Once registered, guests will receive additional instructions via email. Doors open for the event at 12:01 a.m. on September 1.

A few things to keep in mind. Registered Guests may check-in for the event on August 31 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Wisteria Room at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. You will need to show photo identification at check-in and attendees under 18 should check-in with their parent/guardian. Parties with multiple Guests on the same reservation must check-in for the event at the same time. Upon check-in, Guests will be given a wristband and numbered voucher on a first come, first served basis. Parking will not be included as part of the event, but it is recommend you park in the Simba Lot, due to the Disneyland Half Marathon. Walt Disney World Resort

The free event will be taking place at World of Disney in Disney Springs
. For guests attending the event, registration for Force Friday II will take place outside the World of Disney store entrance across from Basin on August 31 beginning at 6:00 p.m. At that time, Guests will be given a numbered wristband on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a wristband is received, Guests are invited to return to World of Disney by 11:30 p.m. where they will be lined up in sequential order. Guests attending the event should park in the Lime Parking Garage.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 16.
