Limited Time Magic For August 19 – 25
Over at Walt Disney World, the Dapper Dans are back again, singing their classic harmonies to boy band hits.
From August 19 – 25, the group will be found up and down Main Street, U.S.A., at the Magic Kingdom in this encore performance featuring songs sung in their wonderful barbershop style, from bands like ‘N Sync, One Direction, and Backstreet Boys.
It’s always a treat to hear the Dans sing!
Over in Disneyland, guests will get the chance to reunite with Long Lost Friends once again.
Previously, guests voted on who they would like to see during this incredible week, and now, from August 19 – 25, parkgoers will get to meet up with who they chose! The characters will be found in Disneyland, over in Frontierland at the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree. Characters included in this meet and greet opportunity include, Meg and Hercules from Hercules; Merlin from The Sword and The Stone; and Tarzan, Jane, and Terk from Tarzan.

I heart the Dapper Dans, no matter what they are singing! 🙂
If the Dans are singing boy band songs, does this mean they won’t be singing their regular repertoire? I’ll be at WDW during this time and I will really miss their regular songs if they don’t sing them. I don’t care about boy bands at all!
They will sing their usually songs, but the last number that they will perform will more than likely be the Boy Band Medley, if it is like the last time they did this. So it will only be a tiny part of their set that will be boy band songs.
At least it isn’t a cupcake… I’m actually excited for the Long Lost Friends week. Since Hercules was out recently for Opa! and Jane/Turk were in the previous Long Lost Friends meeting, I wouldn’t mind if they were not included (although it will be nice to meet Meg and Tarzen).
But why do they keep using that old picture from Hercules’ parade at the studios? Wasn’t that like 20 years ago?
I can’t believe this- this was our one, too. It’s a shame because they don’t seem equal. I’d rather they just do different long lost friends every other week!
Limited time magic is just a bad joke. We were just at WDW and I can’t tell you what the “LtM” was during our stay (our stay crossed over two periods). But we do remember that BTMR was broken both days we went to magic kingdom.
