Special Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom Card Released
If you are a Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom fan, you know that ever year, there is a brand new exclusive game card that can be picked up only at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! This year’s card is inspired by the brand new nighttime fireworks spectacular for the party, Disney’s Not So-Spooky Spectacular!
The card is called The Phantasmal Fireworks’ Flash and according to Imagineer Jonathan Ackley, the card was created because “Merlin the Magician was so impressed with – and excited – for the new spectacular that he created a spell in its honor!”
This special event card will be distributed separately (and in addition to) the regular Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card packs and as a reminder, it will only be handed out to those attending the party. Guests can pick up their cards at the Firehouse on Main Street U.S.A.
For those who don’t know, Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom is an in-park interactive experience that allows Guests to join Merlin’s quest to stop Disney Villains from taking over the Magic Kingdom. Guests search for villain hideouts throughout the park and visit magic portals where they use spell cards to fight back against the villain’s plan.

ok, question from a total newbie. i’d like to try this game out. our first park day we are entering MK for the halloween party. am i understanding correctly that each person who enters can get a free pack of cards, including this card? my other question- is the party exclusive card good only at the party, or can we bring it back the next day when we plan to be at MK all day? i don’t see that we’ll spend a lot of party time playing the game, but will possibly the next day. and the following day, each guest can get another pack of cards, yes? i think my 5yo will enjoy this.
You sign up for the game at the recruitment center located in the firehouse at the front of the park. Once the party starts, you can visit the same location and they will give you one of these cards and mark your party wristband. This is true for all people.
The card will work that night and any other day regardless of it being Halloween or not.
