Wine, beer, and Italian dishes
The perfect hiding place for those in search of a bit of peace from World Showcase, Tutto Gusto serves up light fare and quality wines in a beautifully quaint space. Several popular “off-menu” options exist here that servers will helpfully explain: meat and cheese selections can be ordered individually, or as part of the main menu’s sharing boards, and dishes from neighboring full-service restaurant Tutto Italia can also be ordered at select times of day. The standing bar area typically has a shorter wait than for tables at peak times, for those looking to just grab one glass of wine or a refreshing cocktail on-the-go.
Setting and Atmosphere
Tucked away in the far corner of the Italy pavilion, Tutto Gusto wine cellar welcomes guests into an intimate space, complete with cozy fireplace-adjacent seating and unique wine bottle chandeliers. A bit dark and cool, the space can be packed at the heat of the day with guests looking for a break from the heat by sampling a glass of one of Tutto Gusto’s 200+ wines.
Wine flights ranging from three to six pours offer guests a taste of some of their most popular and unique selections, but quartinos and full bottles are available for those looking to settle in for a bit longer. Customizable sharing plates featuring a wide variety of cheese, charcuterie, and marinated vegetables are perfect for a small bite to accompany your wine. Individually portioned desserts like the caramellito, tiramisu, and strawberries with marscarpone highlight classic Italian flavors with a sweet treat to end your visit.
For those in search of a larger meal, pasta dishes with decadent lamb ragu or Calabrian chili and garlic-sauteed shrimp satisfy, along with house-made meatballs, sweet sausage creamy ziti, or shrimp and lobster arancini. Small panini, served alongside mini wedge Caesar salads, present several of the restaurant’s meat and cheese selections in a slightly more substantial way, and are fitting as a light lunch option.
