What should you know?

Ale & Compass is a competent restaurant, the kind of place you'll be happy to find at dinnertime if it's raining and you don't want to go outside; or everyone is starving and you need to eat right now.

Ale and Compass is a better choice for breakfast. You'll find something for everyone in various combinations of eggs, potatoes, bacon, tofu, French toast, and so on, with a la carte options if you just want a quick bite.

What’s it like inside?

Located off the Yacht Club lobby, Ale & Compass is designed to look like you're dining inside a ship. The windows that run along the length of the room look like ship's portholes. Nautical paintings and memorabilia are on the walls. The plates and cutlery are designed to look rustic, too.

What are the specialties?

We hesitate to call anything here a 'house specialty', but you'll find lots of seafood on the dinner menu.
