Walt Disney World Resort, Downtown Disney Marketplace
$13-$32 (child $7-$8)
Expect a wait unless there’s an empty seat at the bar. But nobody’s here just for the ordinary, overpriced food—it’s nonstop “eatertainment,” with kid-friendly food served in huge portions. The coolest spot for dining is the Ice Cave at the back of the restaurant, with glowing blue walls.
Setting and Atmosphere
Sensory overload in a cavernous dining room with life-size robotic dinosaurs, giant fish tanks, bubbling geysers, waterfalls, fossils in the bathrooms, and crystals in the walls. Volume: loud and louder, with meteor showers and growling dinos.
Gigantosaurus Burger, Pork-asaurus Sandwich, Prehistoric Pasta, Saber-Tooth Sundae.
Cretaceous Chicken-Fried Steak, Triassic Tortellini, Chocolate Tarpit. (Have you figured out there’s a theme here?)
