2024 Disney World Vacation Packages Are Now Available

The Disney World site lets you pop in your dates, and presto-chango it will show you prices for hotels and tickets on the dates of your stay. Except that until today, everything after December 31, 2023 was blank on the calendar. No more. Today Disney released pricing for hotels, tickets, and more in 2024 and you can now book vacations into the next year.

Some good-to-know details are below, but if you’d just like to pass along your questions (and your waiting on hold) to someone else, the agents at TouringPlans Travel will be happy to give you a no-obligation quote.

A 2024 Vacation Package includes a room reservation and tickets, or a room reservation, tickets, and a Disney Dining Plan. It is also possible to make reservations for just the room, and Annual Passholders or those traveling with military tickets can book a package with a room and Dining Plan without needing to add tickets. For packages, a $200 deposit is required to confirm reservations made more than 30 days in advance; after that the full amount is due on booking. For room-only reservations, the first night is due as a deposit.

No More Park Reservations on Regular Tickets

For regular tickets dated January 9, 2024 or later, park reservations are no longer required. You will still be able to buy Genie+, make Lightning Lane reservations, and join Virtual Queues with these tickets, all without making a reservation. Tickets are still date-based, with pricing dependent on the start date of the ticket.

Park Hopper, Water Parks & Sports, and Park Hopper Plus add-ons will continue to be available. See: Walt Disney World Ticket Options: FAQ – Park Hoppers, Water Parks, and More.

Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours

Disney has already announced that the two extra-hours benefits for on-site guests will continue to be available in 2024. With Early Theme Park Entry, guests staying in eligible Disney-owned and Good Neighbor hotels are able to enter the parks half an hour before regular opening. This benefit is available at each of the four parks, every day. With Extended Evening Hours, guests at Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other qualifying hotels can enjoy two additional hours in EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom on select nights.

A Walt Disney World package also includes Magical Extras to make your stay in the magic even more … magical! Magical Extras for 2024 include 4 vouchers for a round of miniature golf at either of Disney’s two courses, 10% off the price of a non-discounted round of bowling at Splitsville Lanes, and 10% off Surrey Bike rentals at any resort that offers them.
