Yep. This is as good as it looks and sounds. Take the time to get one bite of the dumpling, a bit of tomato, some cheese, and a swipe of fonduta and balsamic!

Hang on. We know “Edamame and butternut squash” sounds odd, but YES!!! While we’re partial to the returning Street Corn-style Dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy, this is our close second!! The layers of very different sweet bites are so impressive. This is exactly what we want from a Disney food festival! New, interesting, not something we would (or could) make at home, and really tasty!
