EPCOT Playground Reopens for Flower & Garden
EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival starts this Wednesday, March 4th, and the park is nearly ready. Topiaries have survived the frost, outdoor kitchens are testing dishes, and the Camp Get Out ‘N’ Play Garden Presented by OFF! has reopened!

The playground is located just outside of the Creations Shop exit on the Test Track side. We’ve always recommended this play area – no matter the branding – because it has shaded spots for napping little ones, lots of space to run, and it’s close to restrooms, snacks, and a splash pad.

The new decals on the spring rockers are right in line with the Flower and Garden motif and it looks like the springs are new, too.

Hooray for the shade! While the opening of Flower and Garden usually enjoys mild temperatures, the end of April onward can see some serious heat and UV numbers.

The picture above shows the side of the play area that is geared toward the bigger kids. There are several areas to climb and lots of opportunities to work on arm strength and balance.

This area is one of our favorites. Well within eyesight of any kids playing on the equipment, adults have lots of bench space to sit, a good deal of shade around the perimeter, and even a table with picnic seats. We expect to see families sprawled out in the grass as crowds and temperatures increase.

We will be at opening day of Flower and Garden to show you the new food, drinks and fun! Check back here for our Best $50 You Can Spend!
