Epcot’s UK Pavilion Now Sells Corgis

One of my favorite aspects of the Epcot World Showcase pavilions is that they sell items that have nothing to do with Disney. Sure, there are usually Disney tee shirt tie-ins, or plush character representations of the countries, but alongside the branded merchandise is a bunch of stuff that’s just randomly representative of the country’s zeitgeist.

In that vein, there are now large displays of plush corgi dogs for sale in the UK pavilion. Corgis have long been the favored animal companions of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II. The Queen’s dogs are practically synonymous with the kingdom itself. And so, for $18.99, you too can have a pet to watch The Crown with.

  • I love corgis, they’re one of my favorite dog breeds

  • I saw these on my last trip but was underwhelmed by the selection – they’re all the same little stuffed corgis and, honestly, I already have one, purchased elsewhere. I’d love it if Disney added some different sizes. I can’t have a dog in my current place but I want a life-sized corgi to hug.

    • Since you have one purchased elsewhere can you tell me the brand/item name. They were sold out in Epcot and I want one for my girlfriend
