ICE CREAM: Ample Hills Creamery Coming to Disney Springs

Something Silver

The Disney Springs storefront that housed Something Silver is now shuttered and sports a sign on the door that says, “Please pardon our appearance. Ample Hills Creamery is coming soon.”

Something Silver sign down. “Coming soon” sign up.

If you’re in need of a refresher, Ample Hills is a small Brooklyn, NY-based ice cream chain that currently has a Walt Disney World outpost on the Boardwalk, near Epcot. They’re know for fresh ingredients and fun flavors. I’ve partaken both in New York and at the Boardwalk and can attest that this fantastic ice cream. I can’t wait to have a taste at Disney Springs!

  • I’ll miss Something Silver. Doesn’t seem worth it to get rid of a unique store for another ice cream place – there’s plenty of other places to get ice cream at Disney Springs, not to mention there’s already an Ample Hills location on WDW property.
