Mobile Character Meet and Greet Fun at Disney Resort Hotels

There’s something magical about staying at a Disney Resort hotel. With so many changes taking place due to COVID-19 precautions, it’s wonderful to see some added features that we’d love to see stick around, too. In general, character meet and greets at Disney Resort hotels are somewhat limited. Sometimes you’ll find a character show up for a special event. Maybe you’ll see them at character dining experiences. But just meet and greets aren’t all that common.

That all changed after the Walt Disney World reopening last summer with the introduction of “Caravanning ‘Round the World”. This colorful RV travels around to Disney Resort hotels bringing along some favorite friends for socially distanced meet and greets.

On a recent day at Caribbean Beach, our team had the joy of running into Goofy and Pluto spreading some cheer. It’s fun to see some of our favorite friends out and about! You can even do some funny trick photos with them, if you line things up right.
