With the latest round of stay at home orders for California, changes are coming to the already limited offerings at Disneyland Resort.

As reported on Twitter by theme park reporter Carlye Wisel,  beginning Monday, December 7, the following changes will be implemented:

  • Outdoor dining at Downtown Disney/Buena Vista Street will be discontinued
  • Disney-operated food and beverage locations will close temporarily during this new stay at home order
  • Select third-party restaurants will remain open, but for carry-out only. Food will not be able to be consumed on property

In addition, retail businesses will be limited to 20% of capacity.

The decision to implement new stay at home orders comes as ICU capacity in the impacted areas in Southern California fell below 15%.

Currently, there is no prediction about how long the new stay at home order will be in effect.
