Recently, I feel like Disney is handing out dining packages the way Oprah gave away cars. You get a dining package, and you get a dining package, everybody gets a dining package!!!

The newest restaurant on the block to receive a dining package option is Tony’s Town Square located at the Magic Kingdom. Beginning June 9, Guests can experience a prix fixe lunch. At the end of their meal, they will receive a voucher to experience the Main Street Electrical Parade in a a reserved viewing location right in front of the flagpole on Main Street U.S.A.

Guests participating in this package will be able to enjoy a three-course meal (appetizer, entree, and dessert) for $45 for adults and $17 for children (ages 3-9). Do keep in mind tax and gratuity are extra. For those on the Disney Dining Plan, this option will cost one table service credit.

Guests can begin to book the dining package for Tony’s Town Square beginning tomorrow, June 7, by calling (407)WDW-DINE.

  • Well, I give them A for effort. But I would no more pay 45 there for dinner than the lady or man in the moon, though I have heard their food has improved, by how much not sure. Even nuttier is this price is for lunch, oh well.

It is nice to be able to leave park right after parade, being closer to exit, but not for that little deal. We always watch from Frontierland/Liberty Square area, no problem finding good spots close to when parade due to arrive.

  • I think I heard somewhere that you can’t get a fastpass for this viewing location anymore. Is that accurate? I would never get it anyway, but I find it amusing that they’re trying to figure out a way to make people pay for this by sending them to this awful restaurant. And by pay, I don’t mean $45 or a table service credit.

  • Will they still accept tables in wonderland for the prie fixed dining package?

    • I would think not. You cannot use TIW with any of the other dining packages, can you?

  • I absolutely don’t blame you guys–I blame the restaurant–but that picture above looks completely unappetizing to me!
