Currently, it has to be Pixar, though Galaxy’s Edge may change that in the future.
I’m basing my vote for Star Wars on the promise of Galaxy’s Edge and the Star Wars hotel.
Star Wars will over take Pixar once Galaxy’s Edge opens. However if they ever open “Marvel’s Adventures Park”, then Marvel will take the lead.
