How To Make Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Reservations for Disneyland
Today is the day!!! Today, Guests will be able to make their reservations to head to the planet of Batuu and for their visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge when the land officially opens later this month. These reservations are only available, as of right now, for Guests wishing to visit the new land at Disneyland between May 31 and June 23. There is no additional cost to make a reservation, but reservations are subject to availability and you MUST have a reservations to be able to enter the land.
So, how do you go about making your reservation? Well, beginning today, at 10:00 a.m. PT, you’ll want to visit the Disneyland Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation page. You will need to have a Disney Account and be logged in. You will also need to have the names of everyone who will be part of your Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation. And keep in mind that you can only bring up to six guests total (including themselves) per reservation.
In addition to theme park admission and a Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation, a valid government issued photo ID will be required. The guest who made the reservation (even if under 18 years old) and all guests aged 18 and over on the reservation will need to bring a government issued photo ID upon check in for your Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation. Guests under the age of 3 will not need a Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation. Only guests listed on the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation with proper ID will be admitted into the new land.
Once you make your Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation, you cannot make any changes or modifications. So, for example, if a member of your party can’t make it and you want to swap out for another person, you won’t be able to do so. Also, if you make a reservation for four people total and want to add on two more people, you won’t be able to do that. Make sure you are making these reservations for the correct dates and the correct people.
Reservations are void if transferred or sold. (So you won’t see them being resold, like you saw those Avengers: Endgame tickets). Unused reservations will be forfeited and not replaced. During the reservation period, access to the experiences in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be subject to capacity.
As a reminder, any Guest staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between these dates do not need to sign up for a reservation. They will receive a designated reservation to access Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge during their stay (one reservation per registered guest; valid theme park admission required). If you would like to stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel and guarantee a reservation to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, book your stay now, but know that if your hotel reservation is cancelled, your Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation will be cancelled too.
Beginning June 24, Guests will no longer need to have reservations for visits to this new land.
As a reminder, as of right now, reservations will not need to be made for Guests wishing to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Walt Disney World.
