In 2007, adding fuel to the fire of little girls' infatuation with Disney princesses, an elaborate, interactive meet-and-greet called the Princess Fantasy Faire was installed. The Disney Princess Royal Walk, where little ones can meet princesses, is the main draw. The usual Disneyland queue must be endured to meet and be photographed with the duty princess on the Royal Walk.
While the line may not look daunting, the waits can in fact be some of the longest in the park, with the line regularly reaching 45-60 minutes during the peak of the day.
Touring Tips
The Princess Royal Walk typically opens about one hour after the park opens (since it's closer to the back of the park). If you're intent on visiting, be sure to find out the exact opening time in the Times Guide, and show up at least 15 minutes beforehand. Note that the cast of princesses rotates during the day and has no set line-up, but the princesses that are usually in the list include Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Tiana, and Ariel.
